Return Policy

If an item is delivered damaged and you have properly noted it on the delivery receipt, please report it to us within 24 hours and it will be repaired to new condition, replaced, or, in some cases, you can have credit toward another item from the same manufacturer. In order for us to process a replacement, you may be required to send pictures of the damage to us. Any returned orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping service and set up a pick up from your location.  If you do not wish to receive a repair or replacement for the damaged item, you may return the item for a refund minus a 10% Restocking fee plus freight both ways. Although we offer free shipping, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you plus the return shipping fees. Sales outside the United States are final, no returns will be accepted for any reason for non-U.S. deliveries.

If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do not like the choice you made, the item may be returned for a refund minus a 10% Restocking fee plus round-trip shipping costs. Although we offer free shipping, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you plus the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where a restocking fee plus roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you would like us to issue a call tag to pick the item from your home or business, you will be charged the cost of the pickup plus return shipping.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

All products must be in the original packaging in order to be returned. If the product is out of the packaging the freight company will not pick up the product. If you do not have the original packaging, we can send a crew to repackage the item for you for an additional fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns on certain items after they have been assembled (exceptions made for damaged products). Please call us before you place your order if you'd like more details on a specific product's return policy. Personalized items (engraved, other) and customized items (such as furniture with modified frames or use of non-standard materials) cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event the furniture does not fit into the room or into the house, the delivery company will not return the merchandise without an authorization from CobbleRoad.com.  In this case, the customer is responsible for the freight cost both ways and a 10% restocking fee, no exceptions.

Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a check to the billing address from the original order. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.
