First, we begin with a select kiln-dried hardwood called Alder.  The factory keeps plenty of it on hand at all times.  We then precision cut all the components that make up a piece of furniture.  Next, we make sure the frame is square by putting pressure on all four sides.  Not many manufacturers do this, but it ensures that all legs sit firmly on the floor and don't "rack".  After that, we "spring-up" the frame using either a coil spring, a flexilator spring, or a sinuous system depending on the style of furniture.

The fabric cutting and sewing is all done by hand at the exact same time the frame team is building the frame.  Each component, the arms, back and seat are individually and meticulously upholstered by hand to the frame.  As this step is completed, the components are assembled using nuts and bolts to fasten each piece together.  By doing this, we double the amount of strength where you need it the most...where the arms meets the frame.  We then finish by tailoring the rest of the fabric to the outside part of the frame.

Finally, the piece enters inspection where all loose threads are trimmed and the piece is checked over using our list of quality standards.  The cushions are then fitted and the finished legs are installed.  Lastly, the completed piece is packaged, labeled and forwarded to shipping.

Exceptional Cushions

Out standard cushion is an eco-friendly, 1.9 high density and high resiliency foam core that is wrapped in thick layers of fiber to make them extra comfortable.  All of our cushions are hypo-allergenic.

A down upgrade option is available on select items.  With this option, we first insert our premium foam core in a zippered cotton cover, channeled to make it feel like a duvet.  For the perfect seat, we carefully blend the duck down with feathers for luxurious comfort.  The blend is a balanced 90% feather and 10% duck down and is hypo-allergenic.

Lifetime Warranty

Under conditions of normal usage, the frame and spring construction of this product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product.  The manufacturer will, at their option, repair or replace any upholstered product found to contain such defect at no charge to you, exclusive of shipping or delivery costs incurred to effect the repair or replacement.  As fabrics vary greatly in composition and durability, the manufacturer does not warranty upholstery fabrics for wear durability, cracking, piling, fading, seam slippage or any other reason.  Mattresses and sofabed mechanisms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
